These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Three Springs RV Park's Website, located at threespringsrvpark.com. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Reservation Policy:

 

Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by email or phone.

 

Cancellation: All cancellations require a 15% processing fee. There is no refund for any cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled stay. Cancellations requested within 14 days of the scheduled stay will result in a credit that must be used within the next 12 months.

 

No-Shows: Failure to arrive at our park without prior communication with our office will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (subject to our discretion).

 

Usage Policy:

 

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out must be completed by 11 am. If you arrive early or late, there may be a small additional fee. Checking out more than 2 hours late will result in an extra day's charge. 

 

Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a family-friendly manner. Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.

 

Pets: Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times within the park. Owners must clean up after their pets. If clean up is not done, $20 fee will be assessed per incident. 

 

Liability:

 

General: Three Springs RV Park is not responsible for any personal injuries, equipment loss or damage, or other liabilities for incidents occurring during your stay.

 

Indemnity: As a guest, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Three Springs RV Park from any claims, litigation, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees arising from your use of the park's facilities.

 

Intellectual Property: The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Three Springs RV Park unless otherwise stated.

 

Third-Party Links: This website may include links to third-party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

 

Amendments to Terms and Conditions: Three Springs RV Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be considered effective immediately after being posted on this page.

 

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kentucky.
